Golf GTI MK1 (1983) - 12 months MOT.
Having owned the car for approx. 3 years I've decided it's time for a change - I'm now looking for a bike. During my ownership I've not covered many miles, mainly taking it out for the odd Sunday drive and on special occasions.
Body/Paint:
On the whole, very good. It's not in concourse condition, a few rust blisters around the front windscreen. The car has had paint bodywork carried out as you'd expect, polishes up very nicely as I hope the pictures show. Receipts totalling in excess of £10K.
Chassis:
Overall good clean condition, straight with no accident damage.
Interior:
Original, good condition. No radio currently fitted. New carpet. Wolfsburg steering wheel. MK2 clocks currently fitted. Dash computer not working. (Original Mk1 clocks supplied with car).
Engine & Gearbox:
Starts on the button. Smooth gear change, no crunches, Gear linkage bushings recently replaced. Cambelt just replaced,
