Well decision and info

Hi people! I've just had my car resprayed and I've bought new bumpers and trims etc… to finish off I just need some wheels, I'm on a bit of a budget but probably want new as don't know the exact history of used, I'm torn between some ronal r10 turbos or some bbs rs reps, I'm just not sure! Definitely 15s though!

Also I need a bit of info/help on tyres…I want abit of stretch but not loads, if I used 175 width tyres what size profile would be recommended?
