Pistonheads, ebay, on here and Gumtree.
All the details that you have, the more the better imo, tax, mot, service history, work done, work needing done etc.
Good accurate description incl all good and bad points, so not to get people turning up and being disappointed if it is described wrongly.
The correct price which is the hardest part
One of the most important parts which a lot of people cant be bothered with - clean it properly and present it well as if its not, then people think if the owner cant be bothered to spruce it up to sell then they probably havent cared for it at all !!
I hope that helps

Does it need a lot of work? Is that why you've had no interest?

Price it realistically, just because eBay has cars advertised for £12,000 doesn't mean yours is worth £11,000. Those cars don't sell.
And yes wash it and clean it.

Yea I have it on car and classic website. And based the price on what all the others cars are on there at. And no does not need any work to it all. I have always cleaned and made it well presented but just have only one person come look at it. A lot of people just ask question on email and then don't reply back when comes to arrange a viewing. Here's the link what do you think i should do lower the price a bit more ??

I think you need to think about getting some better pictures, the location has too much going on in the background and there are too many shadows on the car.
Have a look at the seats when you take a picture, try smoothing the cloth out, even if it only works for the picture.
The MFA display looks a bit strange - unless it's the way the photo has been taken, looks like all the digits and arrows are displayed at once, which would indicate a fault.
Needs more of a write up about what's been done, plus points of condition - what is it like underneath etc.
Don't want to sound too critical, but I saw this advertised a while ago when looking out for a car for a fellow member and the advert put me right off.

Without being rude, it's priced too high. I looked at a mk1 last week and the guy wants £5500, I would give him £3000 for it.
And I still believe £3000 is strong money
The ones that fetch good money would be a 79 Gti in original condition, or a run out model A reg in original condition. Then I would look to pay over £5000.

Now I've seen the advert, your pics def need improved as said above. Too many shadows and they just don't show the viewer any detail.
All the other things that I said above all still stand especially the good and bad points.
IMO if u don't tell the potential buyer about things that need done or don't work then when they turn up they will be disappointed when they discover them.
Price wise, it all depends on the overall condition and things needing done and not working.
Everyone has differing opinions on values and what's expensive for 1 person is ok for another, so its a nightmare to pitch it correctly.

Yea that's fine I only had the price at that because of all of the others on there maybe I should up date the pictures. I would lower the price but I have spent a lot of money restoring the car so is it wrong to think I would like to get my money back on it cause would not be in the condition it is if I didn't do that. Mfa has always been like it and don't how to solve the display to not show correct display .

You never get your £ back unless its restoring a DB5 or 6 that you can sell for 1/2 a £million.
Think the asking price is where the car need to be perfect in every way. If it is the pics don't show that, no engine bay shots, no pics of boot with carpet lifted etc, evidence of low mileage?
To find out what's it worth stick it on ebay with lots of clear pics and a full description and see what the bidding gets to.
