Not that mate but interesting thought.
All cars have to be reregistered in Austria no matter who owned it before.

It's about the car itself, not the owner now or the previous owner!

am the same like i just cannot work it out.

It's got  from New ice and aircon, the stereo would persuade me to buy it lol!
