red colour stripe in the headrest?
Anyone know if the Mk1 golfs ever came with a vinyl headrest that has a red horizontal stripe? I have seen some and dont know if its original or not. It is filled in red between the two horizontal stich lines

Not as far as I know, certainly not UK Spec cars, although some of the USA rabbits had some pretty wild stripe seat designs and they did, but it was a different pattern to the European trim
