1100 to 1400

Engine change
At the weekend I was silly enough to purchase another mk1.
It's a 1100cc Golf C from 1982 ( Y plate).
Now I like small blocks but I think it's a bit small really. I'm thinking a 1400 twin cam from a polo is the way forward. I'll be running twin carbs too as I know nothing about injection.
So here's the question. Anyone got any advice or links to build threads to help a brutha out?
