Swap P Slot centres for black plastic ones for steels

Evening, just wondering if any knows whether the black plastic wheel centres for steel wheels (photo anttached) are the right diameter to fit on to P Slots? IMG_8884.jpeg

Or failing that does anyone happen to know the diameter of the ones in the picture?!
