Quirks, faulty electrics or possessed?
For a couple of years the electric windows randomly wound themselves up and down, which no amount of investigating or fiddling would change. It was never the same, they would open and close at different times and stop at different levels, no pattern. Then suddenly it all stopped on it's own and has never done it since.
The horn goes through phases of beeping itself, (it got worse when the fuse was removed to try to stop it doing it, and got better when it was replaced) and sometimes it refuses to work at all - but will without fail always start working properly again when the MOT is due, again with no intervention.
I mean I know it's most likely to just be some random shorting out somewhere and the wires must move about - but I like to think it's part of the old car's personality. And it hasn't tried to kill me yet so we must be on good terms.

Widows can roll up or down if a wire on the controller is chafing through the door jam as it broke and is rubbing against another, didn't have both do it but I did have a passenger side that did it.
A controller that has water ingress issues causes weird things. Plugged Rain drains and no Debris guard.
Everything I ever wanted to know about power window issues.

Horns that occasionally honk for me were the 3 screws that hold the Turns to the upper bearing backed out and shorted to the horn ring.
