How rare are these?
Anyone have a set of these? I have a set in pretty good condition and I'm thinking of getting rid of them.
When googling them it's years since a set has come up for sale.
I'm not for a second trying to sell them here as I really don't know how much they are worth. I know though that you guys here do.
How much do you think they are worth? There slight damage to one of the fitting lugs but it's nothing the fitting washers will not hide

The front and rear flaps are exactly the same molding, but like yours the rears will have the raised VW roundel painted white whereas the fronts are left unpainted. The same part number 171 075 100 will be molded on all, but the outer packaging for the front will instead show 171 075 110
A cliché but check eBay.de to get an idea of the going rates… You'll find they're not so rare that they don't turn up reasonably often, but prices can vary wildly, so don't take some of the asking prices as an indicator of true value.
There's clamp on brackets that attach the flaps to the wheel arch without having to drill holes, that's what the tabs are for, but if they're missing I'd imagine there's similar everyday brackets available that'd do the job just as well.
If you're searching, use Golf1 instead of MK1, they don't use that term in the same way we do.
Mudflaps are generally listed as 'Schmutzfänger', although there are other terms.
If you're looking our equivalent of new/old stock (NOS), substitute OVP.
