Hoping someone can help
Unfortunately my options sticker has long gone and I am interested in what my 1991 cabby had from factory as it seems to be a mix and match.
I have deep pile carpet, heated cream leather seats, black leather door cards and gear gaiter and before I changed them it had Leather gear knob and steering wheel.
Does vw hold records or is there anyone that can get the original options list. I would also like a replacement sticker made
Any help would be appreciated

The VW museum can do a search and get you a Birth Certificate, and on that cert there are the m-codes that you should have. The original build sticker was located on the rear strut bar in the boot.
