MK1 golf wanted for wedding

Hi All,

I'm getting married on 11th June 2016 in Oxfordshire. I am desperately looking for the only car I can imagine as my wedding car…… A white MK1 Golf!!!! It could be a tin top or cab. I am willing to pay someone to drive me in their car to my wedding and reception. If any of you can help me make my dream come true please get in touch.

My car should be complete by then we are just adding finishing touches. 

I live in Somerset but my girlfriend lives in Marlborough so I'm not a million miles away.

Thank you so much, I certainly will. Sadly I don't own a MK1 anymore (although my dad has my first one still in his Garage) I just love them and no other car will do! I'm so excited now :-)

I thought about offering you mine but the drive from Vienna, Austria to there might be pushing it a bit!
