Calling all MK1 owners! Film shoot opportunity - Coventry area - 21st-24th April

Hello all,

The club was recently contacted by an agency with regards to a MK1 Golf being used in a short film.  We thought it would be a great idea for our platform to get some exposure on the big screen and are therefore asking for potential candidates to have their vehicle feature in a film that will hopefully be shown across festivals worldwide!

We are looking for an excellent example to represent us, and the director has been quite lax with what kind of criteria they require for the chosen car.  White cars are preferable although this is open to cars of any colour.
Furthermore, the candidate must be able to attend the shooting which is expected to last around 6-7 hours in the afternoon in Coventry. The date is between the 21st and 24th April and isn't set in stone yet, but the most likely date will be the 21st.

The deadline for selecting a car is the 7th April. Can all interested individuals email high resolution photographs of their vehicle to marketing vwgolfmk1 .org.uk

This is a great opportunity to get your car in the spotlight and also represent the platform, I hope to hear from many of you!
