Bristol volksfest

Just wondering if anybody can recommend this show? Is it more of an air cooled show or is it worth a look? Was thinking of going as it’s handy journey on the ferry from Dublin. Thanks folks

The watercooled transporter club I'm in really rate it and took over last year.

I'm planning on getting my mk1 there for the day but it's nearly four hours round trip each.

First show I ever went to about 20 years ago. Was excellent then. Not been for about 20 years though. Now I have a mk1 again thinking of going down for a day. I’m in Solihull so only about an hour or so down the m5.

i take it you are talking about the one from richyhill

its a great show id say its probably 50-50 air/watercooled

always a great turn out from the club

gafo is a great show mate , would be great to have you on the stand 

  Shughy are you / any of the Ireland guys able to make it ?

Thread here and links in it to some of the previous years so you can see what a great time we have 

Last year we had guys from Scotland and Cornwall come up which is the plan again this year , would be great to add Ireland to that as well 

Could be the most travelled club stand 👍👍

mk1 daz where are you based ? Worth the drive and u could join others convoying

    Backinblack there are Birmingham guys coming down Fri if u fancied coming Fri night and possibly others Sat day early doors so could join them , think I have to have people on stand by 08:30 am so I will be meeting everyone down the road from site and convoying and parking everyone up on the sat

I get back from Majorca on the Friday evening then wife in work on the Saturday night so may be a day trip down with the kids on the Saturday. Don’t think I will be early on site but looking at being there

Booked the ferry today . Will be going on early sailing Friday, not bringing Mario unfortunately, going in dare I say it a ricer Diesel
