Amp Wiring kit

Hi,

I have a 1983 Gti. Does anyone know if there is a straight forward way to route a power cable from the battery through the bulkhead?  i.e. An existing rubber grommet or hole through? 

I'm wanting to wire up a small amp in the boot. 

Any advice would be appreciated
