1990 Clipper Cab - OSF Driveshaft Part Number Wanted

Hello,

I'm hoping someone out there can help me, doe's anyone know the part number for an OSF driveshaft for a 1990 clipper 1.8 cab and who supplies them please.

I've searched the net but but it seems practically impossible to determine the correct part and i don't want to buy the wrong part

1.8 carb?

if they are 90mm, its 191407274E(X), if 100mm its 191407272BB or 191407274F(X)

ETKA says they should be 100mm by 1990, but sometimes things differ in real life. The X at the end means exchange part from VW, so you may find them online with or without X on the end for reference

Just to confirm, my golf is a 1.8 carb 8v cabriolet 90hp / 66kw.
I managed to source a driveshaft from Shaftec (VW104R - 054259202659) which is a 100mm unit with a 2yr guarantee, so just hoping it fits ok which i will find out on Friday
