mk1 gti wanted

im looking to add another water pumper to the collection

i currently have the following

86 GL cabrio

83 GTI cabrio (spares for the 86)

92 scirocco scala

so im looking for a mk1 gti either a 1.6 or 1.8 upto about a C reg but happy with olds like a X or Y etc

must be on the road

what have you all got

budget about 1800 but out of that i have to sort insurance and collection so maybe 1600 budget

Don't think you'll find a half decent tintop with t&t for that mate. When I was looking £3k cars were ropey!

sorry but,as said above that is massive restore area.the days of people selling these cheap are well gone
