3 door tin top wanted (non GTi) - now on hold :(

I'm looking for a tin top Mk1, preferably 3 door (although would consider a 5 door)
Probably a small block 1.1 or 1.3 I"m guess but surprise me!

Happy to look at projects as long as its not a rotten wreck and all the paperwork is in order ie you arent selling it for your mates mums boyfriends dogs window cleaner.

We are in the midlands, but will travel for the right car at the right price.

I have it on eBay for 12k. Only mod being the expensive and brand new bc coilovers. 

It's genuinely in jaw dropping condition. 

If someone on here wants it, then I'm prepared to let it go for 10995.. the only other swallows I've been offered recently were 3 doors at 25k, 20k and 19k.. so this is a little bargain if you can get over the extra doors. 

It's a great car. But I need a cheaper base for my plans. Good luck with the sale!
