1981 Mk1 golf gti 1.6 in lhasa green tin top 3 door

1981 mk1 golf gti tin top. 1.6 engine. Great car. Finished in lhasa green. Has been stood for past 4-5 years. Have put new battery and fuel pump on her and she fired straight up with fresh fuel. Needs some work. It may require parts to be brought to finish as started off in one place and moved and dont belive all parts were moved with it. Windscreen and rubber is missing along with bonnet catch and some trim. Exhaust is blowing at the manifold as bolts to down pipe aren't tight.  Paint needs addressing in a few places but could make a good project. Photos of paint areas mainly roof and drivers wing  Still looks like a beautiful car. Would have loved to finish it but have fell out of love with it at the moment. Will probably regret it in years to come. But lack of time means she must go. Interior is in OK condition has rip on drivers seat and carpet has come away at the edges. Headliner is in good condition.
Being 81 also could be registered as tax and mot exempt.
Car runs and have driven it back and forwards.
Brakes work.
