MK1 Golf

Time has come to let her go due to debt's  Really dont want her to go but times like these i need less stress , Right she is a D reg 1987 Mk1 Golf cabby , I bought her as a project and only got so far due to funds but she is one of the best ones out there , The chassis and shell are absolute mint not a bit of rust or rot , I have underbody sprayed the whole underneath and arches and hammerited pretty much all the arms and componants that bolf on , I have also resprayed the engine bay in white which is very clean . She has loads of history and old MOT's proven she has been looked after . Being a project that needs a few bits to finish she has no current MOT and TAX . I have already put alot of time and effort into getting her the way she is now and would love to finish her but as said do not have the money to do it  I will list the bits that are on her and then the bits that need doing .

I currently have a 1.8 16v engine which is a running engine , all that i have done is stripped down the auxillary parts like alternator , belt cover ect to clean and paint but have everything there for it to go in , atm it is pretty much ready for carbs .

I have an 8v box recondition with shafts
Flag mirrors
Smoked front lights
Chrome trim
GTI lip
Door lock protecters polished
Pressed plates
Very good condition mo hair roof
Gti front seats
Boss with wheel
Very good condition dash
GTI shocks with 60mm springs
all red rear lights
There's so much more i cant possably think atm

To run it on carbs you will need inlet manifold and carbs But if running it as standerd just need a GTI fuel pump
421 16v conversion exhaust manifold
Loom needs putting in
Some wheels for it to roll on
TBH thats pretty much it .

Also atm the engine and box is out but hoping to get a clutch and get it mounted in the bay so when sold should all be together !

There is probably loads i have missed out but whats best is to come see it in person !
