Description:
- Mk1 Golf C tintop 3-door rolling shell (see photos).
- Accident-free!
- 1.1 engine model (removed, not present) so obviously never driven at high speed or raced
- Very solid; very minor rust around rear arches
- Non-sunroof model
- Perfect strut towers and underneath
- Shaved scuttle
- Body primed in grey
- V5C present
- GTi engine mount welded in (see photos; this replaced the mount for the smaller Mk1 block and permits fitting of larger 4-cylinder engines)
- Professionally welded 8-point roll cage
- Sitting on original GTi suspension (struts, rear beam, ARBs) as far as I am aware
- Genuine G60 15" steel wheels (tyres need replacing but have road-legal depth)
