mk1 golf gti cabriolet

for sale my mk1 golf cabriloet
its a white a reg 1.8 8v gti with 112,500 miles on the clock
The engine runs and sounds fine starts 1st time all the time.
just had new discs and pads and also new drums for MOT.
new brake pipes for MOT
smoked crystal headlamps and crystal indicators
crystal clear rear lights (all original light are supplied as well)
car has been lowered when bought unsure of the drop but it does have a nice stance.
BBS alloys wheels with good tyre tread.
tonneau roof cover.
interior in good condition no rips or tears could do with a little clean though.
10 month MOT
4 Month Tax
Roof in V.good condition no rips or tears..
chrome trim in good condition.

Bad points

passenger wing has a rust hole in it but a new wing is supplied already sprayed in white primer just needs top coat doin so that solves that problem.

rear arches have had a rust spot where i have treated it cleaned them up rust proofed them and also primed and resprayed them white again and covered with the plastic arches.. new arch repair panels are also included in this as i wanted to patch them properly when i had the chance but things have change (new Car)

and as you would expect for a car this old there are some slight stone chips on the front and some slight and definetly not bad surface rust spots i think u cud prob t cut most of it out.. inside is good no rust or holes underneath had it checked by a garage said good and then had it waxoyeld again..

some previous MOTS with the sale and other bits and pieces
lovely car for summer and then a nice little do upper for the winter could be made beautiful again in the right hands

ohh yeah i forgot to mention some areas around the door i touched up but was given the wrong paint so the white is a slightly different color he has tried to blend it in to the best he can just to let u know. this car would make a brilliant rat look car with a little subtle touches here and there

ok guys here are some more pictures hope they give you a better idea about the oveall condition of the car,, to be honest i dont believe the paint work is in that bad a condition there are a few stone chips or surface rust as shown in the pic of the boot area and the other area are around the front end..

just asking for a piece of advice do you think im asking to much for this car, it comes with all the parts needed to get this back to its better days and can drive and looks ok now if u wanted it for the summer and work on in the winter  i believe its a perfect motor..

just to re iterrate it comes with the front passenger wing to replace the one on the car and also the rear arch panels needed for the repair..
