Helios Campaign For Sale

Here are the pics as promised. I want ?3000 ono. I won't refuse a sensible offer but I do want it to go to a good home. If any specific pics are wanted I will gladly obilge. Nigh on 156k miles, 11 months MOT, 2 months tax, lots of history and receipts including every MOT. I've owned 3 years and guy prior to me had it 14 years. Any questions gladly answered. I've nothing to hide. It's not mint. It's good, clean and solid and been used every day. There's rust on tailgate, drivers door handle (attempted break in last month) and drivers front wing. MFA backlight doesn't work and few of the readings are not accurate. Rev counter stops working every now and then. Small hole in headlining. Drivers seat bolster quite worn (new passenger seat and back seat covers included if wanted). Pirelli inserts are silver (which I HATE!!) on all but one wheel. They were reconditioned and company messed it up so did them again in one colour. Someone not using their mirrors put me into a kerb which ruined one wheel hence one wheel with black inserts on the car. Probably missed loads out so mail me if you want to know more.

Car does look good, but I'd have to agree it is a little over priced, although saying that coz it is Helious Blue it is a rare colour, and some one may pay the price?? :wink:

I did say I won't refuse a sensible offer. Rear panels are clear of rust and so is sunroof surround. It has a couple of car park dents on the doors and front wing but nothing horrendous. The engine and gearbox were completely rebuilt just after I bought it (approx 10k miles ago) and new Sachs clutch fitted. I had the wheels reconditioned, the roof, bonnet and RH rear quarter resprayed, new rear light clusters, Laserline Thatcham 1 alarm fitted, complete new exhaust (middle and back sections replaced under warranty last month). It has a K&N air filter and Koni adjustable shocks all round. Any other q's gladly answered.

I reckon it may well be worth close to ?3000 what with you have just said, I mean Koni adjustables are not cheap, and if the sunroof and rear  panel is rust free, and the rest of the rust looks surface only then it could well reach that amount?

Possibly slightly over priced, who knows, I'm not an expert in any way but as I mentioned earlier it depends on how much someone is willing to pay.

I just bought a Helios blue 'campaign' last weekend. Paid 2750, which may be too much I don't know :scratch:

I had been looking for a while & it was pretty much what I was after. So I was quite happy to part with the cash. The amount I paid will only be an issue if I ever want to re-sell it (which I don't intend to do). Hopefully now I've got her I can keep her for many years to come :pray:

The bodywork was in better condition judging by the pics you've posted but it didn't have the pirelli alloys.  If I was still looking to purchase a helios campaign I'd probably make you a reasonable offer.
