Hi - up for the 'right' sale is my MK1 Golf GLS.

The car is very much running but is slow to start unfortunately so probably needs the jets clearing on the carb or some adjustment, I am more concerned with my daily runner so I've not really ventured into looking into it.  Anyhow as I was saying; this is a great example of a Series 1 Mk 1 Golf! The interior is black with all original door cards, seats, dash; even the carpet is in great condition but admittedly it needs a clean as a three year old knows no boundaries!  I changed the steering wheel to a Wolfsburg one but will be returning this to the original spec one (unless you make an offer for it), alongside the wheels which belong to my GTi so it will come on steelies

The exterior is Diamond silver and is in need of a tidy-up if you want to have this as a concourse show Golf. The wing and arches are what require attention and potentially the rear valance.  I have been quoted £400.00 to have these done (Im not a fan of welding and I did have the wing and arches repair panels but sold them) but its upto you if your handy as I feel there's enough original metal there to ensure this is not a troublesome job and a wing is just plug and play really.

I cannot stress enough what a pleasure it is to drive this car is - if I could I wouldn't even contemplate selling but I would like this to go to a good home and be used as it should, not broken to pieces, it doesnt derserve it - with family commitments, it's just not feasible to have this sitting around till I get round to doing something with it or become Rockefeller.
