Alright guys,

didnt think i was gonna be selling this one so soon, but ians just offered me his scirocco so the golf has to go to make room for that.

when i first got the car i had a few problems with it cutting out so i have since replaced…

Dizzy cap
Rotor arm

condensor
plugs
plug leads
Coil
Fuel filter

I think it wants the mixture/ idle setiing up on the carb.

I have also had the tracking and cember set, and bought some old stlye rivetted number plates for it.


Interior is pretty much mint. It was gonna be goin to the body shop in about a months time for the sills and rear arches.

whats the body work like?

any welding been done underneath ect any more pics

both the sills have had welding, and there is a patch on the dirvers inner wing.

Body work is generally very tidy, a few small bits here and there, i will get some more detailed pics,

Oh my god that is lush

I got a '90 mk1 gti cabriolet, in paprika red. Electric roof, windows. Full leather interior in black, unmarked carpets. 107k, full service history, old MOT's

Bodywork is mint, no rust underneath at all! The previous owner was a mechanic and put new rings in at 100k for the sake of it, new clutch at 103k, checked all valves etc, new gaskets. Very very clean car

Hi Ollie loking at the pics what front wings are on the motor are they org. can see holes for the plastic bumpers, shane

the car had a plastic bumper fitted to the front at some stage, i guess they couldnt find a chrome replacment?

now has the chrome bumper fitted, but the holes in the wings for the mounts remain.
