you got a boot lock and key?

I got a. Boot lock but interested in a temp guage.   Has to be the guage that sits at the bottom.

Golf ball gear knob?

The gti clocks please, are they working?

Sorry to be really pedantic but its a huge bugbear of mine.

Clocks tell the time….  GUAGES tell your speed, temp, fuel and revs.

if it is a gauge next time a police officer stops me for speeding and tells me he has clocked my speed at 71 in a 70 can I use the argument sorry officer your wrong my speedo gauge was showing 70?
Also why use the term clocked if a car has had its mileage turned back and what's the top speed you've clocked on your car? I've never been asked what is the top speed your gauge shows.

I'm probably wrong in what I've said but just thought I would ask.

  And they clocked you because the term clocked has been so skewed through society even the police are wrong.

I stand corrected gauges it shall be for me in the future,I'm just gonna go out and polish my clocks now sorry I meant gauges :wink:
