Wings

Can Anyone tell me wether the front wings on my '84 GTi Cab are the same as the standard mk1 gti's?

Does the cabby front wing not have a repeater hole in it ?? if that was the case you would either need to have them filled ( welded ) or fit wing indicators from a cabby or I think a MK2 Golf would fit

Repeater wing-indicators were introduced in 1986 (on all cars - EU rule), so there should be Mk1 tintop/Cabby wings available with or without the repeater holes (whether they are both still available is another story).

PS: The actual wing indicators are the same in the post-86 Cabby, the Mk2 Golf, as well as many other VW and Audi models of the time (and even the Porsche 911)
