Has anyone used this stuff?
Car Cleaning Products | Trim Restore & Repair Products | GTECHNIQ
Quite pricy but by all accounts quite good….

A mate of mine who is a professional detailer applied some of this to half of my black trim to test its durability.
Only lasted about 2 weeks.
I wouldnt buy it if im honest.

Probably give it a miss then. A friend of mine used it on some of the trim on his beemer & it came up great.
No idea how long it lasted tho as the trim was nicked a couple of weeks later… :roll:

Yeah the finish it left was superb but didnt last anywhere near as long as they claim.

trim restoration
i used it on my arches totally transformed them ,best i have tried , cant comment on durability car hasnt been out much.see the one on the front of pic. It is expensive , got it as a gift !

Both of those products look good, pics certainly show a decent finish.
Car should be back tomorrow so I was thinking of trying this stuff

There's that many products out there claiming the earth, its difficult to decide which to go for :roll:

my mate has used the dye on his mk2 , took a couple of coats but provided a good finish and durable

i used this stuff in grey on my bumpers. worked a treat. still on there now after about 2 years.
