Silver side stripes

I know this question has been asked & answered heaps of times before & I have done the search but I still have some questions.

What was the color code of the silver?
Did the silver side stripes come with a smooth or textered finish?
Was the middle side stripe on the black GTI's the same size as the rear hatch lower stripe which is 8mm.(this was measured off a genuine VW black sticker kit that came with my Campaign)

no idea of the colour code but it was a satin type finish, the texture is smooth, and yes the side strip is the same width as the rear hatch
