Resprays
Folks,
I'm considering either getting my car's dodgy bits sanded back and spray'd over or getting the whole thing done to freshen it up!
If you can give general info on what I might expect to pay for a respray, both bare metal and windows out and where you went to get your own car done.
Cheers
Rich

id expect to pay at least 1000 for just the outside . i should be gettin mine done by final year college guys for the cost of the paint . as the job itself will be classed as there final piece. try askin ur local college
. but if i decide against that for any strange reason i will be using excaliber ( aston martin specialist ) as i have seen a lot of his work and its brilliant. this is where it gets expensive . upwards of 1500 inside and out with car already stripped . but guarenteed a good finish . you pay for a good finish . good luck

Local guy who has a pretty good rep gave a rough figure of ?2000 for a windows out job!
The only problem is I started to worry about his credability when the following line came out him mouth….."yeah see the only problem with those plastic wheel arch kits is that once they are off they are really hard to get back on, so I'd prob just tape round them" 8O
Sounds like someone doesnt want to uncover and do the work on what may be under the arch spats. The major insult is it doesnt take a genius to work it out either!
He quoted ?485 inc vat to cut out a section of the front panel and repaint it! 8O
Defo time to shop around me think!!!
EW - if you could pm me the mats info that would be spot on.
Cheers
