repair panels

im starting a rolling resto on my 1983 tintop so far i dont think its to bad but can anyone recommend a place for repair panels i know i need a sill panel and rear panel so far im used to a loty longer list than this having owned to many beetles and spending to much time with a grinder in my hand. :wink:

VW dealers still have some front wings and front panels, but don't think they do rear panels anymore. Crazyquiff does genuine rear panels and can cut out some bits from genuine shells, check out his website . Other han that you can get pattern panels from Hadrian Panels , but beware quality isn't always great and can vary from panel to panel. Found rear arches not to bad at all, but sills need quite a bit of shaping, cutting and general fettling.

thanks for that im gonna start stripping it back and see how bad it is this w/end i managed to geta genuine rear panel from a friend for nothing its been in his garage for years he forgot he even had :mrgreen:
