recommendations on bodyshop

hi all, can anyone recommend a bodyshop to me that produces really good results at a reasonable price?

i'd look to get the interior recarpeted as well. the seats are mint so no issue there. the rest is ok. ideally i'd like the car to be stripped and sprayed, then any old bits chucked and replaced.

where can people recommend? distance isn't so much an issue but preferable up to the midlands at the farthest, as long as the price and work is good!

the body is excellent with no rust, just small dents and fading everywhere.
