Mud flaps

Can anybody suggest the best make or type of mudflaps to fit to my big bumper mk1.
If so where can I get them and how much?

Hi think they are hard to get hold of by myself and a few others have managed to get some mk2 golf ones to fit in the past

have a look at my clipper thread link below the ones i fitted to that i believe were mk2 ones

I've been looking Worldwide for the past 6 months without success!
The odd pair of Vortex has appeared on EBay but they were plain black and not cheap either.

Back in March a front pair (new) with the white VW logo (which is what I'm looking for) sold for nearly 100 quid!

Someone put me on to chortle for a badge repair kit, but mail him messages him to no avail!

yep was via the badge repair kit from Chortle, i know he gets a ridiculous amount of pm's and is pritty busy at the mo.

Think he is also waiting on information from supplier about more kits

What car have you got that you need badges for?

if its a GTI then give Hugh above a shout for his refurbed badges that came off his

if its a clipper i have these you can make me an offer on if you want

Can anyone tell me please if these mud flap will fit a big bumper Clipper 1990?
The advert say's they are a new Vortex front pair.
What is not clear is the model they fit. It says VW Golf 1 GTD GTI but nothing else.



If they do fit, do they just bolt straight on or do does something need butchering?

If anyone needs a pair of these they are on ebay.de.

The Guy has two pairs left for around 48.00 GBP post to the UK.
