is the red cloth available for my seats ?

Im on the look out for some new red cloth for the mk1 gti interior,
anyone know what my chances are of finding some?
im sure i saw some for sale at gti international a few years ago but didnt buy it ,

I have been searching high and low for the black material. Ended up buying a vgc passenger seat back from a member here and im getting the black sections grafted into my seat as only my drivers seat bolster is worn.

The red/middle section of seat back is in good nick when my seat is done i can send you it if you want to pay for postage!? taking the seat out on sat and dropping it down to fitters.

In my experience unless you willing to pay ?300 ish for a complete set of seats then getting bits from here and there is your only choice now adays.

I've got a red set of spare seats I can sell you for much cheapness! The bolsters and stitching is away on the drivers seat but if you pick it all out and re use it on your own seats then you're laughing!

cheers for the replies ,it looks like sourcing good second hand material may be the only option , (though you can still get the early "tartan" !!)
