Inner Door Seals?

Hi All,
ive just had my car re-sprayed, i had the inner doors done too, but the soft rubber seal that goes round the door on the inside has been damaged. it looks like it just sticks on, like a self adhesive strip, but im not sure where to get any replacements from. any help would be great
