Hood suppliers and trimmers - compiling list

I notice that we get quite a few new (and some older) members asking where they can get a new hood fitted etc. I know of Carhood Warehouse - (who have moved, so I must update my web site !!!!). I want to compile a list with phone numbers and web links etc for inclusion in my site…..

If anyone knows any suppliers / fitters could you please let me know, either here or pm.

I got mine from there too. They seem to have several URLs/Company names! www.autohoods.co.uk is another. I've still not fitted the one I bought from them yet. Whats the fit like?

For those that dont know… They manufacture them themselves. They also fit them but only at their factory in Surrey. The prices are good. and they do many colours unlike some. Mohair and Vinal. Quality looks good but obviously can't comment about fit yet!

For your buyers guide Prowler…. I'll get you some better pics of a sportline interior once I've tided it and a good one of the power roof pump, switches etc too.

I'm after the side cables for my roof - where can these be got - found a place on the web but could not order them!

I got them for an extra tenner when I ordered the hood. Don't think they sell them on their own though. There are two different lengths so make sure you get the right ones.
