Help - Factory Sunroof fitting

Help!!!

Just got another MK1 and the previous owner had removed the steel factory sunroof….Im informed everything is there to put it back but :

a) I wouldnt know if it were all there or not as Ive never had one out and

b) How the hell do you go about getting it back in ???

Haynes gives a reasonable description of how to take out and reinstall.
