Engine Paint

Hi,

Im thinking about painting the engine block. But don't really know which paint to use. I dont mind using a spray can, or just brushing it on with a brush. Could anyone recommend a good place that sells good quality high temparature paint.

Also should i use an undercoat before the final coat of paint?
