Advise needed footwell!!

Since the recent rain has happend my drivers side front and rear footwell have become really wet. I was thinking it could be the sunroof seal but for it to be that problem there is to much water for that to create… So I was just wondering if anyone had any other ideas or had similar problems for what I could check and sort out. Some feed back would be good cause wanna sort it out its dining my head in now.. cf_emoticons__BangHead:Thanks jay

Foam gasket seals gone.

Blocked drainage tubes in the scuttle area.

Porous roof skin.

Door drain holes blocked.

Leaking rear window.

Leak on windscreen seal.

Header seal needs some silicone adding.

J hooks need tightening.

Unplugged holes in the bulk head, where wires come through.
