!!! Cabrio Bodge Job !!! HELP !!

Ive just had a new mohair roof fitted to my rag top. Problem is that the guy who fitted it has butchered it! Saggy in some places, too tight in others, not attached to the frame at all - even managed to tear one of the seams. Needless to say Im spitting feathers and refused to pay him. Ive been advised that I will now need another new hood as the one he has fitted cant be removed and replaced correctly. Any advice would be well appreciated but still no compensation for this w***er ruining my summer!   Can anyone recommend a reputable trimmer who could do the job which isnt too far from Doncaster, South Yorkshire? Any similar experiences? PLEASE HELP!! Thanks in advance! I wait for your responses with baited breath!   Does this look like a new hood to you?????

Sorry to hear this, i know a top trimmer he did all my cabrio, new roof, padding and cables, but im in bristol so not close, he are some picture for you to see for yourself, somtimes it worth the journey.

Is this a case of 'name & shame' ?? Certainly a trimmer to steer clear of……

I had mine done by Kew Trim, Southport 01704 536787. I have personal experience of DB Car Trim 01253 761252 as far as seat repairs go and they were great. I would expect the hood replacements to be equally as good.

Thanks alot for all your sugestions! I'll make some enquiries. The cars not actually running at the moment as we're currently fitting a G60 engine into it. Mind you - I am desperate and I do have a recovery guy that owes me a favour!
