Which Cam????

Hi guys,
 ive managed to get my hands on a fully rebuilt head for my 1.8gti which has also been ported and polished.
 which cam should i go for?
 i want to get more torque than bhp and i dont really mind about it being lumpy or bad on fuel economy!!!!!
 if anyone has any ideas then it would be great to hear your opinions.
 oh yeh im going to lighten and balance the fly wheel and crank and fully rebuild the internals too! and uprate the clutch aslo.

 come on guys i know there are some speed freaks out there with some valuable knowledge to lend me!!!!

I found the kent Gs2 hard to beat, you should get more torque and bhp, best of both worlds. If you want more bhp go for a piper 285, and if you want mega power get a shrick 304 it will pull supermans pants off !!!!!!
