Torque Settings on bolts..

Right have checked haynes but unless I'm looking in the worng place I can't find these.

The flange for the intermediate shaft that holds the seal. Has 2 13mm socket bolts any idea on a torque.

Also the two lower wheels of the v belt/ fan belt. They have hex heads any idea on a torque.

Need to put this all back together this afternoon after my oil seals come into VW. So want to get it right.
