Timing

I am having getting my motor to idle.  Is it possible to change the idleing speed myself or is it a job for a  proffesional.

Its easy enough to change the idle speed, see the guide on the left (fuel injection) for the location of the idle adjustment screw on a FI engine. If you can't set it using the screw, you can do a coarse adjustment on the throttle butterfly stop.
