Thermostat seal

Where can I get a new thermostat seal for a 1.8 GTi cabby? GSF have lots of things which could be it but their descriptions are too vague. Or will a normal o-ring work?

Sorry if this is a common question, I did a search but couldn't turn up anything.

I'm after one too. Is it not this one in the list from GSF? :
'17691 - SEAL-THERMOSTAT - G1 1.5 To 1.8 All - £1.00'

Good spot - that doesn't show up in their 'cooling system' category for some reason. I'm going to take a chance on one of those, I'll let you know if it fits.

yep thats the one. that seal also fits between the waterpump and block too.
