Rivage GTI Vacuum hose part

I have a 92 Rivage and recently the head gasket has gone so I'm in the process of stepping it down. 

I found a vacuum hose that had a couple of tie wraps on it that were holding the plastic part together as it has broken.

Can anyone suggest where I can find one and what it might be called/part number?

I've circled the part on the photo. It's a three way connector.

im looking for the same part, as its also cracked, superglue is sort of keeping it together at the moment but may epoxy it,  heard its not made anymore, ill be trying some scrappies for one when i get a mo.
