LOW WARM IDLE
When the car has warmed (5mins or so) when not going anywhere stuck in traffic, my Idle bounces between 900- 200 sometimes even cutting out. Why. :dontknow: :dontknow: And how do i fix it?

I've had this before - I cleaned the ISV by squirting carb cleaner up its tubes and then let it dry out. That calmed it down. It was intermittant on mine and would rarely happen.
The ISV is the thing mounted the the drivers side front suspension turret, in case you didn't know!

What about Isopropylalcohol or solvent degreaser as i have no carb cleaner? i find the latter cleans almost everything! Cheers anyway. it must be the thing held on with cable ties then. what is an ISV?

ISV is an Idle Stabilisation Valve. They are also on the Digifant engines but they are larger and cylindrical.
Don't know how they work exactly but it has 2 tubes going to it and an electrical connector.
I expect the Isopropylalcohol might be best as it all evaporates. Does the solvent degreaser evapourate too?
