Injection replace with Carbs - Whats involved?

What's people's thoughts on this?
Has anyone done it and can advise what needs to be done?
What parts are needed?

I'll second that! I'm wanting to convert from injection to bike carbs. Apart from the manifold, carbs, linkage, fuel pump and regulator - what else is needed? What about engine management?
