Idle screw adjustment
Any one know where this screw is?
please post a pic, as my engine just keeps revving at 1500 - 2000 constantly needs the timing set on it too.

The screw is behind the manifold which is just behind the bulkhead. The spanner needed for adjustment is 7mm. Are you sure it's not the mixture?

2/3 of the head is obstructed, it can be tight and its a close fit next to the scuttle panel there. I found that the only tool which fits is a 1/4" drive socket on a 1/4" T-bar. None of my 7mm spanners fitted and they gradually chewed up the nut.

Some of the other throttle bodies aren;t a nut shape adjuster screw but and actual slotted head for a screwdriver.
Also, if our always adjusting the ignition timing on it, ar eyou sure you havent; got a bigger problem, lilke the lower cambelt pulley slipping ont he crankshaft where its worn the shaft locator ?
