I did seize a datsun cherry, let it cool then put new oil in it and got it turning over.. but as soon as it fired up it seized again and then refused to do anything other than go "click" "click" when you turned the key.

was doing 120mph for ages down a main road.
ran out of oil i think, head gasket went and took all the water too.
Had to get a new engine fitted.
sorry
people did say try the oil in the bores thing and rock it, never tried it, now the block is getting fixed and rebored by a specialist….sold it to a mate, up to you, better go for new one i think though
