The minimum I plans on doing is full gasket set, cam belt, big ends and piston rings. Hopefully the bores and pistons are in good condition if not I will have to get it rebored/ oversize pistons etc. I will probably have the head mildly ported while it is off.
does anyone have any information on torque settings/ clearances etc? Or know of any links or guides. I have had a look but can't find much information on the engine. Are there any manuals that could be of use.
Any help would be very much appreciated

get a haynes manual all in there bud
It appears haynes never made a manual for the corrado.

MOTY 2013

most if not all of it is same as a normal 1.8 lump though, the mk2 haynes one is probably the best to get as it covers the digifant engine which has extra figures you need e.g. lambda probe bolt torque, coolant temp sender resistance etc.
see my sig for pgigntimign and pgidleco.pdf for the setup procedures

In the end I got the Bentley corrado manual on cd from a guy on eBay. Bargain at £2.50, very comprehensive with every thing I need, clearances, torque settings etc
