which way should the fan turn?

Sorry - another stupid question!

I have had my fan replaced by a garage a couple of weeks ago and I'm not convinced its been wired to spin the right way.

If I am standing in front of the car looking at the back of the fan the fan blades are facing to the right - should the fan spin to the right or the left?

the fan should spin to pull air through the radiator. i'm unsure what way it turns but the air should be sucked into the engine compartment.

I think this helps - so when the fan is on there should be cold air coming from the back of the fan, not being pushed out through the radiator grill?

Yes you got it Simon the fan pulls air through the grill rather than blowing out of it.
